Rare honey, clear ( almost transparent ), soft and sweet.
 The bees forage mainly on citrus flowers (clementines, orange trees)  present on the coast and the eastern plain.
 
 It is harvested from between May and June.
 
 It will seduce honey lovers with  discreet and delicate flavors.
